Continuous Program Integrity

Every Decision Begins with Trusted Data.

Rocket Vetting continuously vets participant rosters for 28 potential alert conditions across Deceased, Address, Benefit, and Identity, then automatically delivers resulting cases into an integrated case-management workflow.

The Program Integrity Challenge

Participant rosters change every day. Most review processes do not.

Deceased, address, benefit, and identity conditions can arise between periodic reviews. When those changes are not identified promptly, organizations may continue making decisions using outdated or incomplete information.

The Problem

Traditional reviews create gaps.

  • Periodic batch checks can miss changes that occur between review cycles.
  • New information may not be delivered unless another request is submitted.
  • Alerts and supporting information may be scattered across separate systems and manual processes.
  • Investigators may lack a consistent workflow for documenting findings and resolution.
The Rocket Vetting Solution

Continuous identification through case resolution.

  • Continuously process new and changed roster records.
  • Identify 28 potential alert conditions across Deceased, Address, Benefit, and Identity.
  • Deliver new program-integrity information without requiring another submission.
  • Automatically create cases from alerts and deliver them into secure RV:CMS for investigation, documentation, and resolution.
One Connected Platform

Identify the condition. Deliver the alert. Manage the case.

Rocket Vetting connects continuous roster processing, program-integrity information, and investigation workflow.

Rocket Vetting Private (RVP)

Private deceased roster vetting — Pull

Completely private. Only the data required for LADMF matching is securely transmitted for vetting. No roster data is retained on the Rocket Vetting server. Data transmitted for matching is protected through tokenization.

RVP continuously processes active roster records and identifies potential deceased roster members using the Social Security Administration's Limited Access Death Master File (LADMF). Rocket Vetting identifies records requiring review; your organization determines the appropriate action.

Rocket Vetting Collaborate (RVC)

Continuous roster vetting — Pull + Push

RVC continuously processes roster changes and supports 28 potential alert conditions across Deceased, Address, Benefit, and Identity. In addition to organization-initiated vetting, RVC can identify relevant new information affecting a roster member and automatically deliver a resulting case without requiring another submission.

RV:CMS

Web-based case management from alert through resolution

Alerts generated by RVP and RVC automatically become cases. Authorized users can assign cases, investigate and document findings, track activity, make determinations, and manage resolution through Rocket Vetting's lightweight, web-based case management system.

Applications Open

Experience Rocket Vetting with Your Own Roster.

In honor of America's 250th birthday, qualified organizations can use RVP, RVC, and RV:CMS in a dedicated Rocket Vetting Incubator at no software licensing cost through December 31, 2026.

Each approved participant receives a dedicated Rocket Vetting Incubator consisting of a private database, virtual computer, and private website hosted by Rocket Vetting. Participants provide an authorized roster for secure onboarding and processing.

Participants may transition to a production Rocket Vetting subscription at any time during the pilot. Rocket Vetting will provide the participant's accumulated case data together with the RV:CMS application for deployment within the participant's own firewall, preserving investigation history and avoiding the need to start over.
