• Isolation: Each customer’s data is kept in segregated inbox/outbox paths — no co-mingling.

Data Retention

• No long-term storage: Input files are removed from our servers after reentry.
• Minimal audit logs: We retain only metadata necessary for compliance, security, and billing.
• Output files: Results exclude SSNs; only necessary identifiers and match results are returned.
